You can never paint the exact same thing twice but here is a composition that I enjoy painting again and again entitled 'Little Ballerinas After The Dance'.
Like Degas I am far from a ballerina - yet I love the texture, the color and the beauty of the ballet. One of my goals this year is to explore every medium- from pencil, to charcoal, to watercolor, to pastel, to acrylic and oil - as I seek to capture - in some small way - the beauty of the ballet.
